I’m Brooke, a yoga teacher from New Orleans who specializes in Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga.

Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga are practices that emphasize the importance of slowing down, finding your breath, and letting go. I also teach movement-based yoga like Vinyasa, breathwork, and more.
